Hello, all.

Been playing guitar since the mid-70's. Got in to playing bass back in '13. Been playing bass in a small acoustic group since fall of '14. I gotta tell ya, it is invigorating learning new stuff at an "advanced" age.

Just got a Rumble 40 (delivered yesterday and used at our gig last night). I've got a Squier Vintage Modified Jazz bass, in natural, on back order. Right now I'm playing with my cheap Ibanez AEB5 acoustic bass. It's been gettin' the job done, but the Rumble really makes it sound incredible. Can't wait to get the jazz bass though.

I'm new to all this bass stuff and especially the plugged in aspects. I'm looking to learn as much as I can, so be patient with me.

Welcome to The Show GuiTuber! Rumbles are very popular and highly rated. Good choice! I presently have two "I" basses myself, both older Korean ones and I recently purchased as my first Squier ever and it is a VM Jaguar 34". The rest are all Fender. I like my Fender instruments but not above going off the reservation.
