Had to send an email to Customer Service this morning regarding a question about dimensions for http://www.fender.com/accessories/care-cleaning/guitar-work-station-black/ and realized that I've been a Fender owner/player for 40 years. (Blame it on James Burton and a local cat with an awesome blonde Tele.)

I'm actually 2 months late catching on to this - bought my first brand new Tele in June of 1974. I don't have that one any more but I replaced it with a new AS on 01/17/89, and that one's a keeper, as are both Strats (2001 Classic 60s and '07 VG), both J-Basses ('07 Fretless and 2001 Classic 60s) and my mutant '07 Standard P-Bass (Americanized with everything except the neck, body and bridge). Next on the list: The lovely sunburst Bass VI hanging in the brand new local Guitar Center. No idea what I'll do with it as relates to my current gig but it's just too neat to leave hanging there.

Don't even get me started on all the ones I've let go over the years - they all served me well, but they just never stuck around like the current fleet has.

Anyway, I thought this might be a good time to say "Hi."

Hi!

Loo same as Stew Mac guitar bench rest

This large 18" x 29" x 1/4" non-skid soft pad is sized for acoustic or electric instruments.

Well, heck, you're quicker than Fender. :-0

Quebec, huh? I went to tracking dog school (bloodhounds) in 1980 with a bunch of Quebec police officers. What they lacked as far as a sense of humor they more than made up for in tidiness and punctuality. Don't believe I've ever seen such immaculate fatigues on any other bloodhound handlers. (Bloodhounds slobber a lot.)

Thanks a bunch, stratele52! Ordering that work station mat now!
