Hello everybody!

I am a new member. I joined today because I just registered my new Fender Mustang IV Mk.2 amp. I had seen some reviews and demos on YouTube and liked what I heard.

It arrived today and I tried it out straight out of the box. Disappointment! It did not sound good at all and I was feeling that I should return it.

However, I got online, registered it, downloaded and installed firmware update, Fuse software and the Ableton and Amplitube software. To my surprise, the amp just sounded a whole lot better. Through Fuse, I ran through all the Fender amp models and they sounded just great.

I am looking forward to tomorrow when my wife goes out and I can let rip!

I am also a Fender guitar fan and own an American Special Tele and a MIM Deluxe Strat. Both are beautiful guitars and will never be sold. I will be fitting Fender Preamp boosters to them soon to drive those Fender amp models into the depths of creamy drive tones.

I will be leaving my gear to my sons when I shuffle off this mortal coil but they are going to have to wait a long time because I am only 62 and I got a lot of blues left in me!!

Thanks Kyle. I listened to your songs. I really like Fast Car Blues. I hope you have a happy and successful career in music. I wish I had your talent!

Cool! I have a friend who lives there who's a structural-safety engineer with GM.

Rawk on!
