why don't you guys ,since Hendrix probably boosted sales off the charts for the longest time ...why don't you make a Jimi Hendrix commemorative guitar that has a left handed guitar turned upside down (for right handed guitar players ) as to make it an authentic Jimi guitar ?? Also this is just a personal modification I do ...I heat up the whammy bar and bend it the opposite way that it is normally and to me it works better ..just an experiment to make it more at an upside down tremolo bar.like Jimi's

Welcome to the forum.

"Us guys" are just a bunch of Fender owners... there are only maybe two paid Fender employees here, and they are IT guys.
As far as "why"... have you ever played a lefty flipped over? The ergonomics suck with the tone controls in your armpit and your arm always rolling the volume pot or flipping the pickup selector.
The only feature that actually impacts tone is the reversed bridge pickup... closer on the bass strings and farther on the treble strings changes the harmonics/feedback and general tonal characteristics of that pickup.
The reversed headstock has no impact on tone. It makes bending the treble strings a bit more difficult, but it does ease bending on the bass strings... but the difference on both is minimal.
These features are on the MiM Hendrix model, which is virtually identical to the old US model.

The current and past Hendrix models capture the tonal qualities and feel of Jimi's guitar, but without the negative ergonomics of a flipped lefty.
Fender has had some form of Hendrix tribute model in production for probably 25 years, whether the current MiM model, the old original US model with the mirrored headstock decal, the MiM Monterey painted model (which was just a conventional MiM with custom paint), to the Custom Shop "VooDoo" model.
