How long are posts usually held for moderation?

Vocalnoise, I’m not sure this answers your question, but, for the most part with exceptions, you will find your post (as per Forum rules found here):

https://forums.fender.com/viewforum.php?f=1

will remain for more than enough time to have your question and, perhaps, answer (possibly years). You’ll want to do a search to see if the question and and/or answer had been posted elsewhere. You can use keywords with search at the bottom of each Forum, and best to post your thoughts in relative Fender forums per se. You’ll want to browse the forums to get the idea, and you will see they go back a long time, hopefully with little or no duplication for ease of use. Sometimes, understandably, that either can’t be helped or other reason. But, keeping the topic limited to the OP’s initial post will help to manage things for a search or follow up.

The Lounge has a little more flexibility as it is just like hanging out to chew the fat. Yada yada.

The gang here are pretty good in helping you or letting you know what’s what, as will Brad who is the Forum Administrator who does a great job of calling the shots, managing and developing this whole thing, so jump right in and get your feet wet. Most of all, have a great time.
