Hello to you all!

I’ve submitted a question already so thought I’d best come introduce myself. I’m a drummer at heart but lover of all things musical and since recently acquiring my first Strat I’m officially hooked.

Looking forward to gaining and sharing knowledge with you all!

D

As another drummer with a Strat I can tell you pretty soon you’ll be calling yourself a guitarist who plays the drums. :D Have a great time, here, Daz Boot.

Haha. Thank you. My guitar is definitely more 'neighbour friendly'. Plus, I don't need to have my mistakes blasted out at 100+ db for everyone to bear witness to..!

Easier to carry and setup too. Also, a beat up guitar gets respect. Beat up drums? Well, that’s another story. Show up with those at a fancy dancy gig and you might have to beat it. That’s why they made those scratched up plexi screens to hide behind (anything to get rid of the drummer, and to get guitar attention up front).
Now you too can take center stage up front. :P
