Hello all! Not a great guitar player, but I sure like playing with them. I've owned numerous Fenders over the years, but now I'm down to a 2014 MIM Blacktop Tele, a couple of Squier Strats and an Ovation CK047 (KOA Top) acoustic/electric. I currently run everything through a Peavey Delta Blues 210 (USA made). I'm 59, a retired FD Battalion Chief and Iraq War Veteran (medic). I've had countless hobbies, but I always seem to come back to the guitar.

Hey there, medicchief. Glad you could join us. I can only guess the experiences you must have had overtime. I know that your guitars and music have that comforting effect, and that puts you in a zone of pleasure no matter the skill. Here’s wishing you good times here as well.

Hi,
First, thank you & God bless you for time served...
Stuck a nerve with the "I've had countless hobbies, but I always seem to come back to the guitar."
Sounds like me... I know I have too many hobbies, but the one that comforts me the most is anything to do with guitars.
Welcome & enjoy!
