Hi all! Happy New Year.

Just joined the forums. I'm a novice player - but getting there slowly! Have a Sonic Blue American Special and just picked up a Nashville Deluxe Tele in Daphne Blue. Hoping to do them both a bit justice with some more practice! :D

Welcome to the Forum, Joben. We have something in common. I too had a great time in London and the first Fender I ever played was Daphne Blue. That's a great choice and a favourite that is not always readily available. Looks like your loaded and ready to go. Have a great time here. :D

Thanks for the welcome dude! Yes Daphne Blue is a great colour and looks amazing on the new Nashville Deluxe! I've got all the gear and no idea - but with practice, practice, practice I am getting there slowly (very slowly! )

Don't try shredding right away. Do what I do. You can always play some slow jams to start off with and nobody will know that you're in the lurnin' stage.

Good advice :) Slow works for me, in fact that's about all that's working right now. All in good time
