I am interested in getting the full spec of my guitars which I understand is covered in the "Shop Floor Traveler" of each guitar.
My Guitars have Serial numbers R84347 & R45450.
Could someone please let me know who to contact to get this info?
Many thanks, Rob.

I never heard that before

E-mail Fender customer relation

The Shop Floor Traveller is basically the work instructions that go with the product.
It " travels" with the part or product as it goes to different work stations on the "shop floor".

a shop traveler is the document that accompanies an order, in this case a guitar, through the build/repair process. Usually has provisions for operators and staff to sign off build operations, quality inspections, and other "buy-offs". A traveler for an '09 guitar with a '13 neck is most likely the traveler for a neck replacement job. Tough to say for sure without seeing it though.

Thanks for your feedback, but I have seen one of these before & it simply tells you everything about the make up of the guitar.... what size frets, the type of each pick up etc. It really gives you the full spec of how the guitar was built.
I'm just wondering who I should contact at Fender to give me this info...

Hi RobbieBoy, welcome to the forum.

You could contact customer services at https://shop.fender.com/en-US/contact-us

Send them your serial numbers and they should be able to give you a specs list for your guitars.

I hope that helps.
