Hi guys, Hope i can get some help,

I am buying this

http://www.rockshop.co.nz/shop/guitars/pickups/strat/dimarzio-prewired-pickguard-high-power-strat-dp188-dp181-dp182-solderless-drop-in-installation.html

This is a video of how to connect it, VERY EASY!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2pmMtDg5-QQ

However, My fender only has 2 wires coming from the bottom. *Marked in red*
Is the cord with the white have a Earth wire too?

Hello new person!

Your guitar has the three wires mentioned in the installation video. The wire on the left of your pic is in fact TWO wires in one sleeve. The inner white wire is the "hot" connection and the outer wire is the ground.

The wire on the left is just a ground wire.

Just to explain a bit better, the two-conductor wire is called a screened cable. By placing a signal wire inside a wrapping of ground wire it prevents a lot of stray interference from entering the signal wire. Same as your guitar cable and patch cables.
