What do they do knock the bushing and post down with a hammer? Would it be completely restored like that or cause problems?

Yes, try to push down with a hammer and a piece of wood for a punch to save the pivot head.

stratele52, please don't hit a guitar with a hammer.
I know that you're kidding lol. :D
bipbip, the best advice was to let your guitar tech look at your guitar.

Check the bushings, like at least weekly. If you're unlucky, the hole may have become just a tiny bit larger, and the same uprising may happen again.
If the posts stay in place for a month, I'd say you can forget this ever happened.

No man I was just kidding... silly of mine, I would never use that kind of language when I am serious, nor dare to fix the problem with a hammer (although ultimately that may be what the luthier will do). Yes hope it will be fixed and never hear from it again.

Hammer or any tools ; it is not the tool you use, it is how you use them

If these people should use a knife, there'd never been any such murder.

Oh the irony.

God where did the whole subject go, quite crazy... well the luthier I took the guitar to claims to have fixed the issue... I am not sure what he did for that but he claims to have tightened.... umm the bushings? I guess he did something beyond my feeble mind's grasp to secure the whole system whereby the bridge holds onto the body. I just hope it is not total BS, but things look fine for now... my very best to everybody who tried to help, thanks a lot gentlemen. Don't hesitate to ask for help if you got any problems with your instrument and really want to make it worse! :) sincerely...
