I recently noticed that when I play certain notes that I hear a rattle sound from the Super Champ X2. It is more obvious when I play vibrato.

I tried different guitars and different rooms to make sure it wasn't any specific guitar or vibration from the walls. So I'm positive it is coming from the amp, mostly likely inside because I hear it being amplified through the speaker.

Do you think this is a speaker rattle, tube rattle or mechanical noise from a loose screw?

Is it a SCX2 Combo?

Probably a power tube rattle if it happens on certain bass notes (at least that is my experience with combo amp rattles)

It could also be the other things you mentioned and also a string rattle

Yes it's a Super Champ X2 Combo.

It happens on the 12th fret G string for example. It's worse if I do a slow vibrato.

Just step away from the amp a little ways and see if you can hear the string rattle acoustically, If not, probably a power tube. Or a lose something in the amp.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it is a tube. I flipped the amp around and it was coming from that area. The tubes were seated correctly but I wonder if the metal around the power tubes could be causing the vibration?

Anything is possible have someone else try pushing up against each power tube while you play that note with a pot holder (so they don't burn their fingers on the hot tube) and see what happens then.

I'll have to take a look tomorrow.

Does Fender have a warranty on the tubes?

Ask the moderators of this forum or take it to the fender repair center near you.

I've been in contact with Fender through e-mail. Tubes are only covered for 90 days and the time has long since passed. I was suggested to take it to a repair center but unfortunately they are all out of the way.

I was considering ordering some new tubes but a recent thread I have been reading suggested that it may not be the tubes. Fender also agreed.

ATM I'm just going to live with it and move on. If the rattle gets worse I'll have to drop it off at a service center or spend the cash to re-tube the amp.
