Probably a stupid question but I was thinking about grabbing one of these amps and was just wondering if I could use my Korg Toneworks AX3000G with it. I see that there is no effects loop on the amp so would I just go straight into the amp with it?

I think so. Just use the clean channel with all of the amps on board efx and overdrive voices of the SCX2 turned off. Because if you plug into the front of the amp and you use a SCX2 overdrive patch the reverbs and delays from the Korg efx unit will be magnified to unusable, so the Korg will work, but effect the Korg patches with Korg on board efx, into the clean and dry channel of the SCX2 (dry meaning no SCX2 effects).

Like he said, if You're wanting to use fx with this amp, the clean channel is your friend.

I have NOT used a multi with mine, so YMMV. However, I do use regular pedals with mine, even fx loop type pedals, and thru ch1 they all work pretty well.

On ch2, the results vary. Post effects don't always sound right, and it's a digital preamp, so boost and OD used as a boost don't work the same as they do with a tube pre amp.

Channel 2 does not seem to like my fuzz pedal at all... ( Swollen Pickle)

The reverbs, tremolo, vibratone, and delay on the amp are all pretty good as is the chorus. I don't use any of these effects with my Champ, except for an Analog delay ( which likes going in front), and a TC chorus ( for the trichorus effect), for that reason.

You might also benefit from hooking up the amp to Fuse. There are more effects and stuff on there, and you might find what ever other effects you're looking for.
