As a preamble: I have a Super Champ X2, it's already out of warranty, and this thing was a gift. Also, I live in Germany, so no Fender Service Centers here.

My Super Champ X2 is making a lot of crackling and popping noises. And also the volume goes down when the crackling starts. These noises happen also when the guitar is not connected. And sometimes not right from the start.

I took it to a guitar workshop and the guy said that all the tubes are OK, and that he measured the line-out and together with the crackling and popping there was also a high-pitched squealing, about 15 ... 20 kHz coming out. So, these noises come out not only through the speaker but also through the line out.
His final conclusion was that it was maybe something wrong with the PCB (since this is a modelling amp) and that he could not do nothing about it.

What are your suggestions? Anyone with this problem that has solved it without sending it to repair?
I think that if a I take it to a Fender Authorized Re-seller here in Germany they would not fix my problem. But if they would try, I would end up probably paying as much as for a new one. (And I really like my Super Champ, it's a Limited Edition in wine red with a Celestion G10 Greenback speaker)

Thanks in advance!

If all the tubes have been verified to be good yet....then I would guess a loose solder somewhere in the amp could be contributing to "popping" & "crackling"---that has been my experience in the past, but mine was a Solid State amp. But tube or SS, a solder is a solder.
Shouldn't cost a whole lot to have it checked over.
