Hi everybody,

I've been loving my x2 but yesterday it developed an issue where some of the voices (1, 4 and 12) have drastically lower volumes than the other voices. I have to crank up the volume on these voices to 4 (which is way loud on ch1 and other voices) to be able to hear the amp over my strat. I've tried several guitars and cables as well as an amp reset but the issue persists. I haven't hooked up the amp to the fuse software yet, that's going to be my next step.

Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks and happy new year to everyone.

Some of the amp voices have lower volume than others. I've never understood why. But what you describe sounds even more extreme. Have you tried a factory reset, to put all the amp settings back to the original?

Well I think the problem was with the operator. I had the gain set on 1 and was expecting all voice volumes to be about the same level. The super champ manual says to adjust the gain first, then the volume for ch2. Once I raised to the gain to 2 the volumes became more consistent across the voices. Silly me.

I've got a PA tuner that does the same thing (when playing back recordings and/or CD's, YouTube, or what ever). I can use the remote control to one by one click the volume up, and when it hits a certain spot it will noticeably "jump" up---and vice versa going down. There is no fix for my Tuner, so it can be annoying.
