I have downloaded presets in Fuse, and loaded them into my amp.
I am able to save the amp type and settings as a new preset, but all of the associated effects with that preset are not saved.
What am I doing wrong?

Welcome and congrats on the Super Champ! It's a great amp. I'm guessing, by your question, that you've had Fender Mustangs before. The Super Champ works a bit different. The amp model is saved as a voice, the effects are saved as effects, two different things on this amp. There's not a combined preset saved to the amp, like on the Mustang. Play around with Fuse to see how the amp models (voice) are save and how the effects are saved and then selected. Once you have a set of voices and effects you like, it's very easy to do everything without Fuse.

I think the preset concept works if you're connected to Fuse. I never use it like that, so I'm not sure.

Thanks for the response. No, I never had a Mustang. This is my first experience with modeling.
It appears then that if I want to save a "surf" preset, I can save the amp and reverb but must dial in the effects (such as trem) myself everytime.
Not really user friendly.

Well, maybe not very user friendly for downloading full presets, but like I said, once you have a set of voices you like saved and a set of effects you like saved, selecting them is very easy. The voice saves an amp model, stomp box (overdrive, etc.) and speaker emulation. The saved effects are reverb, term, delays, phasers or any combination of those. The downloaded presets are a good start, but you'll find that experimenting with the different setting is more flexible. I've had my SCX2 for a couple years and love it and the user interface. You just have to spend some time to get used to how it works.
