Hi all, I'm pretty new and I apologize for the stupid question but,... I'm bit confuse. Looking for a P-bass wiring (split coil) I notice that in same case the capacitor is solder/ ground only to the tone pot and in some other occasion it is solder (and connect) bethween the two pots ( volume/tone). why this? I thought that "the" classic P-bass wiring should be only one.... :(
As an example the links show what I mention...

sorry once again for my language..
thanks all

Welcome to the forum

Electricaly speaking, caps are wired the same. Do same job.
One side to the tone pot, other side to the guitar ground.

I wish to speak Italian as good as you speak english.
I went 3 times in you country and I love It
