Hi, new user here. Just got this one and it sounds great. Only problem is the tuner is verrrry hit or miss. About 80-90% of the time is just doesn't work, nothing. Anybody else have this problem? Should I send it back for another?
OK, I thought there should be an easy solution, I just wasn't looking in the right place. All is well now.
So, never mind.

I would try different guitars and/or cables first. Do other tuner pedals work? Maybe the guitar volume is just too low?

The tuner is a DSP function like everything else, it would be very odd for only that to break and the rest still be working.

Thanks for the reply. I've been using the same cable all along. The first couple of times I used it, it worked great. Every day it gets worse, now not working at all. As long as the guitar is plugged in it should work. Now i use the tuner on my iPhone. Tried several guitars.....

Kidmo:

Was the problem an intermittent cable? Or, something else? What was the solution to get the Tuner Mode working on your MIII v2?

I discovered that you have to have the guitar volume turned up for it to work.

And, as you now know Tuner mode mutes the audio.
