The plastic ring around the headphone jack on my Mustang amp broke off and now I'm not getting any sound at all. It's not under warranty so what can I do to fix it?

Probably a piece of the ring plastic has fallen inside the socket and it's stoping the internal switch reconnecting. If you can hold the amp upside down and jiggle something like a thick needle around in the socket it might shake the plastic lose. Or it might push it in further. But can't be worse than it is, right?
Unplug from mains power first!

I checked the headphone jack and there didn't appear to be anything stuck in there. But I accidentally knocked off a small capacity that was just next to it (sort of in between the headphone jack and aux jack). I'll have to replace that as well. The marking on it are CS 10 16v. I'm not sure what the CS means, but I'm guessing the 10 means 10uf? So another 10uf 16v capacitor should work? Can anyone with electronics expertise confirm that?

A picture would help but you're likely right at 10 uf and 16V. In general as long as you match electrolytic vs non-electrolytic then yes.

Electotlytic have a plus and a minus side so take care to note that and match it with any replacement.
