Do you have the latest Silverlight installed? Other than that, all I can suggest is to re-install Fuse. I am running Windows 10 and have had no problems with Fuse at all.

You may want to try right clicking icon and then select "Run as Administrator". Almost all of my programs required this; you can set it as a default.

I have thrown in the towel with Win10 after six different tech previews and installing the free upgrade from Win 8.1. I downgrade to Win 8.1 rather than fight it.

Hey joeypinter, welcome to the forum and welcome to the wonderful world of Mustang amps!

A couple of things ....

1. There is a Fender FUSE section of the forum where this question may get more attention: LINK

2. Fender FUSE is not currently supported for running on Windows 10:

Minimum System Requirements:
Windows Vista SP2 / Windows 7 / Windows 8**

...But you should be able to get it working per ErikM's post.

I would start with the troubleshooting documents located here: LINK

Please let us know how it goes, and if anything is different after going through the troubleshooting docs.

thanks to everyone, and i will try and move this to the appropriate site.

OK sounds good. Hey, your name sounds familiar ... should it? Are you in NY?

Whoops. Tough week shortened my ever waning attention span. Sorry.

Don't hold your breath. The latest update to FUSE was in early 2013.

I had the same problems myself with Windows 10 first off, don't give up on it. its coming together albeit very slowly. None of my mouse / wi-fi drivers worked properly. A couple months later I am typing this.

I've been using Fender Fuse for 3 months with Windows 10, without a problem. Have you tried redownloading it?
Also, sign in using your Fender Forum login when it comes up; that may help solidify the link between the software and your computer.
I started using mine with my amp plugged into my computer already, so that could help as well.
Finally, make sure you have registered the appropriate product online to gain access to your Fender Fuse software; I'm not sure it will work otherwise.

That's all I can think of, but I hope it helps!

Interesting idea. Reloading MAY be the Fuse solution, but I will continue to steer clear of Win10 until I can afford a new computer with Win10 pre-installed.

Upgraded is problematic for Windows computers. Stick with what your processor and motherboard were designed for.

Silverlight is a creation of demons from hell.
