Hi, I've had a Mustang I amp for about 3 years and recently ran into an issue. I'm using Fender Fuse connected to my computer, with presets and settings etc. At random times when I'm playing, the fender fuse amp settings change, for example if I have a preset with a delay pedal, the delay will randomly turn off. I have to reload the preset for it to go back to normal. I tried re-installing fender fuse but this still happens. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
I took screenshots to help explain this problem, the first one is the preset with the settings how they should be, and the second one is about 10 minutes later, where you can see how the amp pedal settings get changed by itself, without me touching anything.

Could be the amp. Does it happen at all if you don't have FUSE running?

This is the driver version when I open device manager:
Driver date: 7/9/2015
Driver version: 10.0.10240.16384

Using Windows 10

I just tried playing without using FUSE, and the same issue occurred.

May be just a wonky or dirty knob then. Try wiggling/turning them for a minute.

Hello Blk360,

Sorry to hear your having issues with your amp. Below are some steps and links to our support site that may help.

The first is for a factory restore on the amp. Please be aware this will remove any custom presets on the amp so make sure you save any custom presets backed up in FUSE before trying this step.
Factory Restore
You can restore your Mustang amplifier to the original factory
settings if desired. All user presets will be erased!
To restore the Mustang amplifier to factory settings:
1. Turn the amplifier OFF.
2. Press and hold the EXIT button while turning the amplifier
ON. Continue holding the EXIT button until it is no longer
illuminated.

Next make sure you are up to date with the latest firmware on the amp. This link will help.

Finally if the issue is not resolved I would suggest bringing it in for service. This link will allow you to locate an AuthorizedService Center in your area. Please contact them prior to bringing your amp in for service, and make sure you have your proof of purchase for warranty purposes.

I hope this helps and you can always contact us directly at tsl@fender.com or by calling 800-856-9801

Driver version and Firmware are different ... see the link above posted by fender_tsl_daniel.

It looks like this was the issue, because when I slightly moved the rightmost knob, the same issue occurred. And it hasn't happened since then, so I guess the knob was in such a position that it would switch back and forth between 2 settings by itself.

The control it probably an encoder. These are sealed units and spray won't get into where it needs to be cleaned.
Replacement is usually the best option if you can find one.
You can disassemble, clean and regrease them to work like new
