So, the drilled through pivot bolt hole, the pivot bolt, and the pivot bolt fastening hardware on the inside are all lower than the electronics deck chasis, Correct?

Correct. Plenty of room with an MIV. I installed them on my briefly owned Champion 100: it took a bit more care to avoid the chassis. I also had the on my Frontman 212r which was more of a challenge, but in all three cases they worked great.
How much Kick Back Angle do you get with your stop bolt position?

35 degrees. Tilts the amp back far enough for nice speaker projection and stable.

I got an OnStage RS7500 to use with the MIV and MIII. It is heavy duty, adjustable, and the price was great! After I've settled on a preferred angle, and am ready to drill, I'll likely get a set of Kick Backs.

There is an advantage to using an amp stand v. kickbacks: the amp stand decouples the cabinet from the stage. In my experience over the long-haul, this has resulted in a greater consistency in response. Of course, sometimes it's just not an issue and sometimes the extra resonance might work out to your advantage.

I use this.

This get the amp off the ground and makes the controls easier to reach. I still have to lean my amp back with this stand as the tilt angle is not adjustable. It is not a problem to do that though.

Which Amp are you using with this stand?

The tech specs on GC's site indicate the upper rear vertical support arms are only 12". How are you preventing the open back Mustang III or IV from leaning back and swallowing those short arms in the open speaker cavity?
