Both of my Mustangs have been bullet proof. Reliable and consistent.

The MIV V2 is the best amp I have ever owned.

As others have said tube amps sound great but are finicky gits at times. As a gigging muso I've come to appreciate the Fender Mustang as a very easy tool to work. When I bought her I was only expecting to use her for practive and at the odd small gig. But the convincing sounds, simple pedal board (I have the 4 button, 2 button and EXP1) easy set up has meant that I perhaps use her about 80% of the time now. The amp itself has been 100% reliable. Occasional the 4 button will have the odd hickup, but a quick unplug of the connecting jack fixes that problem. All the digital stuff that I have owned has gone out the door eventually but only because I sold it and moved on to the next great thing, rather than it actually needing repair. Treat her well and you'll do alright.
