Well, it happened. I was at a gig playing with another act. We set up the backline across the back of the stage, and with all the amps in a row, there was just a little room to squeeze by on the sides. My amp was on the end. On a stand.

I went out to the front of the house to see an old friend who was attending the show. At the same time, the other act is running their sound check.

When I get back, one of their vocalists is no longer on his feet, and my amp is off its stand. I didn't see it happen, so I don't know how hard it hit, but it probably took a good shot.

So I hooked everything back up and one thing out of the whole rig was broken .... the power adapter for my BOSS pedal board. The Mustang seems fine. Played the show with it. Practiced with it last night. No issues. Now if it had TUBES in it, I might not have had such a good night. Just sayin'.

Oh and by the way, I used the Vox preset created by intheblues all night, and was very happy with the sound. I turned the amp up good and loud, and backed off the volume on the guitar to clean it up. When I needed extra juice, I used the guitar volume controls. Just like a tube amp, but no glass to break when it falls down.

Glad to hear your amp survived. Hope the other band's vocalist was ok too!
