sorry, I have to negate what I said above. As Dimitri states, a little sound is sneaking through with high gain presets on my amp.

Thanks for clarification. For me that's good news, 'cause it means it's all OK with my amp. Even if everything works fine such things can drive me crazy

I did a test as well. When I turned master to 1 and the Gain and Volume up to 10 there was sounding coming out of the speaker.

I have the Mustang III V.2

Yeah, it's strange, but I guess it's like the mustang works.

Hi,
just received my Mustang III V.2 a day ago. After a quick test I noticed, that when I turn the master knob at 0 there is still some sound coming through the amp. Is this normal behavior? After my understanding with the master at zero no sound at all should comming through.

My Mustang 3v2 has slight volume with the master control at minimum too!, It does not bother me as i never play that quiet!!

Now that I know that is normal on the Mustang it doesn't bother me eighter, even if I find it kind of strange. I expected it to bee silent. Anyway my Mustang works good, have tweaked some good clean tones yesterday.
