Is there a way to bypass the Mustang floor unit and just use the settings on my amp? With foot pedals I've previously owned I was able to turn the pedal off and just use the settings on my amp, then step on the pedal to turn effects on again. Thanks

Just press the "amp" button and save. The amp mod is now bypassed in that preset.
Will have to do this for all presets... but not a big deal...
hope that helps

once bypassed you can (in stopm box mode) switch on/off individual effects.

Two thoughts on how to do this:

- Create a 'do nothing' preset that has the amp model and all effects turned off. Then, to bypass the M-Floor, just select this preset. Put it in one of the quick-access positions so it's easy to select.

- If you want to completely bypass the M-Floor, so the audio signal isn't even passing through it, then you'll need an 'ABY' box, or something like the Boss LS-2 will probably do it.

A further option: if you're putting the M-Floor in your amp's fx-loop, and your amp's fx-loop is switchable, you could use the amp's switching to bypass the M-Floor. Or if your amp has two inputs, that are footswitch-selectable, you could have a direct connection to one amp input, and go via the M-Floor to your other amp input.
