Par for the course for fender.
Spend butt loads of time and man-power screwing up a decently working web site that no one asks for... while ignoring everyone's plea for updates on their actual products!

Maybe I'm just an @rse! :x
Update the FLOOR!!!

Yup

I can’t log in with my old username (captainc) anymore either due to it being linked to an inactive email. And the site now looks like I have one of those screens for the visually impaired over my monitor. I don’t really care either way, it’s just a website in the grand scheme of things but I do agree with you on that point.

Looks like a password reset worked for me, but it took a couple tries to achieve success.

Took me loads of tries to get it to work..
I'm in the UK but it kept bouncing me to UK main Fender site, with no option to log in.
Then suddenly it works again..

Oy vey. They now said user name is my email (?), got thru hassle of new password, then set to post reply here, but then directed to log in, showing my old user name.... wtf? Also side effect is said I have no products registered, which is totally untrue.... do they want to do a harmony central self immolation here?

Same issue, Fender this was a simply awful release. Had to re-register and then add back in all my products. Absolutely terrible :(

Fortunately I have all the shop receipts so hopefully if something goes wrong I have all the evidence.
