(Hopefully an English reply will be useful...)

For those who don't speak Italian, the OP is asking whether a bass guitar can be used with the Mustang II, specifically with the Bassman amp model.

Although the Fender Bassman was originally intended as a bass amplifier, the Fender Mustang amps are not designed for bass guitars. The Bassman model in the Mustang is meant for use with 'normal' guitars (as indeed the real Bassman amp is extensively used with normal guitars).

The Mustang amp is not designed for the frequency range of a bass guitar; in particular the Mustangs' speakers are not designed to reproduce the low bass frequencies. Apart from not sounding right, you risk damage to the amp/speaker which may not be able to cope with the higher power at those lower frequencies.

However, if you keep the volume down, you probably won't damage anything. So it may work ok as a practice amp for starting to learn bass. Note though that Fender have explicitly said in this forum not to use the Mustangs with bass guitars, for all the above reasons.

For completeness, the Fender Bronco amplifier is Fender's bass-guitar equivalent of the Mustang.

An M III doesn't really sound that good with a bass at low volume, doesn't matter which preset. Fine for a bit of practice but nothing else. Bottom notes are very weak.
Maybe a closed back MII is better, but I think any cheap bass amp would be much better.
