Broken headphones?

The headphone jack surround is plastic so it can easily get damaged

If the headphones only give sound on the left side with two different amps, then it's almost certainly the headphones (or their cable / jack plug) that are broken.

Whereas there have been reports of the sockets on the Mustang amps being plastic and prone to breaking, it seems unlikely this would happen at exactly the same moment with two different amps.
