The AC15 doesn't have an fx-loop, so you only really have one choice for physical connections: guitar to Mustang Floor input, Mustang Floor output to amp input.

You may find the 'studio' amp model in the Mustang Floor is your best choice, as that won't add any other amp colouration to the tone, leaving you with the AC15 tone unmolested. On the other hand, you can also get some good effects using the M-Floor's modelled amps going into a 'real' amp like your AC15, so just experiment until you find sounds you like.

I note in your other topic you have additional pedals - you can put those between the guitar and the M-Floor input, or between the M-Floor output and the amp input, depending what overall effect you want, and what order you want for your signal chain.

The AC15 has a 'normal' input and a 'top boost' input - one each for the two different pre-amp sections. Again, just experiment with both until you find the sound you want; it's likely you'll need different settings on your M-Floor for the two different amp channels.
