Can I do re-amping

Not sure if you're asking whether it's technically possible, or whether it sounds good, so to try and answer both (assuming I understand from your short post what you want to do - I worry I may have completely misunderstood you):

You can take the audio analogue output of your Mustang Floor (MF) into the input of another amp (yes I know you mention USB - I cover that below - I'm just trying to give as comprehensive an answer as possible). Some people do this deliberately to combine the MF's amp models with the tone of a 'real' amp. Some people use the 'studio' preamp in the MF to get a neutral tone (just using the MF for effects). You just need to experiment to find a combination that gives you the sound you want, but in principle yes this is perfectly possible and a reasonable thing to do. Or you could have another amp's pre-amp before the MF (eg by putting the MF in another amp's fx-loop).

OK, so I guess here you're planning to use software amp modelling (on a PC) for the re-amping. Yes you can do this too. Your software will need to work with an ASIO driver to receive the digital audio from the MF. You will then need an (analogue) output from the PC into the next stage in your signal chain - one thing you CAN'T do is send the audio back to the MF via USB.

As a note, some people seem to find an analogue connection from a Mustang's output into a PC (either a PC's built-in line-in, or an external audio interface) gives a better sound than the USB connection. Again, each to their own, experiment and see what gives the sound you want.

Finally, (pre-empting a follow-up question) you can't insert your re-amping into the middle of the MF's signal chain. You must either have the other amp before the MF (even the MF's fx-loop is at the start of its signal chain, as discussed at length in other posts), or after all the MF's processing. To put the other amp before the MF, your only option is an analogue audio connection; to put the other amp after the MF, you can use analogue or digital.

It would help if you could explain a bit more detail about what you want to do - both in terms of equipment, connections and signal chain order, as well as the type of sound you are trying to achieve.

If the OP wants to send audio from his computer to the Mustang Floor using the USB connection, the answer is no, it's one direction only: from Floor to computer (and only one sample rate: 44,100).

Indeed - it depends whether the OP wants to use MF to re-amp something else, or use something else to re-amp the MF output. Hence why I asked the OP to give us more details.

In the absence of such details, my reply above covered both directions / scenarios, including the fact that the MF's USB is output-only.
