I've seen lots of posts here talking about using an external speaker in Fender Mustang II, but what I want to do is to add an external jack to access the internal speaker of the Mustang II so I can use it as an external speaker for another amp, do anyone already did this ? Thank you !

should be quite easy if you know how to use a soldering iron, just add a mono switched jack in between the mustang output and the speaker connectors.
with nothing connected, mustang output goes t the speaker, when you connect something, the mustang output gets decoupled from speaker, and instead your external input goes to the speaker.

you can use something like this:

the whole trick will cost you around 1$ :)

Great thanks, I'm used to electronics but not audio electronics so I didn't knew about the "switched" jacks, thanks !
