I have a Mustang II. I use the footswitch and love it.
But sometimes when I don't have the Footswitch connected,
the Footswitch light (on the Amp) turn a AMBER color and I can't find anywhere in the Advance Manual OR the FUSE manual about what it means. Normally (with the pedal connected) the amp's Footswitch light is either GREEN or RED to indicate which bank it's on.
So what does it mean when it's a AMBER color?

To my knowledge, this (amber footswitch LED) shouldn't happen.

When it does happen, does the rest of the amp still work normally? Can you select different presets, etc, using the amp's usual controls?

What happens if you plug-in the footswitch; does the LED stay amber or does it then turn back to green or red?

One possibility could be that the LED is oscillating rapidly between green and red, which could explain the (perceived) amber colour. If so, this could indicate a fault with the footswitch jack socket. But if that is happening, I would expect the amp not to work properly - specifically, for it to be trying to oscillate rapidly between the two presets assigned to the footswitch.

It's not oscillating red and green. I don't know if the rest of the amp was working because I had it plugged into FUSE via the usb. Strangely, though was that when I changed between the presets they changed properly on the FUSE (computer screen), but the colored presets on the amp stayed on one position. The actual sound changed like it was supposed to.
I think this has happened before and someone answered on this forum- but I could not locate it.
