Dear Tech Support,

Kindly please provide firmware which will contain the opposite functionality for modulation/reverb accessing:
let it be possible to set amount of reverb/modulation by direct adjusting knobs and
to have possibility to choose effect type by pressing exit button and then to adjust reverb/modulation knob.

It is more natural and can effectively improve tone adjustment and ergonomy.
Best regards,
Andy

Hi,

thanks for your response. I'll be happy if you could consider such scenario:

It happens from time to time that one or both knobs which are responsible for effects, switch into different type of effect spontaneously. May it be cause of a vibration of an amp or electrostatic flow, I don't care what is the real root cause of this behaviour.

If the firmware will deliver opposite functionality of usage type of effect and amount of it, it will preserve against such inconvenience. It is far more well if the amount of effect will decreased or increased by one degree without touching it than the whole type of effect will do the same.

How about, to do identical amendment, with the amp model knob functionality (optionally)?
If fuse software will grant such option/mode to programm switching amp-model using exit+channel knob, it will preserve against unwanted changes during playing the guitar.

best regards,

at0mic

Hi at0mic,

Thanks for your post. In regard to the behavior you are reporting with the Effects knobs, this can happen on occasion. If you are using Fender® FUSE™ to program the amp and do not normally switch the effects with the hardware knobs on the amp, you can pre-program the 24 Preset locations in Fender FUSE, and turn the Effects knobs on the amp to the zero position for use. This should prevent the possibility of the effects changing unexpectedly. Also, I wanted to make sure that you were aware of our "extra parameter control" information document. It sounds like you are. But just in case, I have included a link below.

Perhaps you can clarify your additional ideas a little bit further as well. We would be happy to add them to our feature request list. I just want to be sure that we understand your ideas correctly. Thanks very much.

Best Regards,

Alan
