Hi Guys
For some reason now(as it had been working fine last time is connected my mustang III v2)
The Mustang will work in fuse with usb connected altering the parameters etc but now
when I want to record as I have done in the past it my laptop doesn't see the mustang when I go into recording devices, is used to?
I have reinstalled fuse and drivers but only showing the line in jack input on the recording devices.
any idea?
Thanks

Which recording software are you using?

Is that software expecting to find an ASIO or a Windows driver for your amp?

Have you installed the ASIO driver? Note this is separate to the FUSE installation. If you don't know how to do this, search the Fender support website for the word "ASIO" and you'll find all the articles, instructions, download links, etc, you need.

Configuring recording software to use the correct input device for Mustang amps seems to be one of the main areas for confusion / problems. You may have to select an obscure option (depending on the software) to enable ASIO devices for example.

In Windows Control Panel -> Sounds, if you look at Recording Devices, do you see the Mustang listed there? Note you may have to right-click and select the "Show Disabled Devices" and "Show Disconnected Devices" options. That will tell you if the Windows drivers are installed properly - these are installed with FUSE.

Again, first you need to check which type of driver your recording software is trying to use. Let's start by being absolutely certain you've set-up your recording software properly (or if it was working before, that you haven't inadvertently changed anything).

Thanks Scot
I sorted it, and then checked on here and it was as just mentioned, I had to show disabled devices and then enable it, as it was there but hidden.
Thanks
