Hello,
I recently bought a Mini Mustang as a bedroom practice amp and love it, certainly in combination with the Fuse software.
I have one annoying problem tough : the speaker keeps making a continuous "noise" . It sounds a bit like wind blowing. I updated the firmware, tried several different wall sockets, different cables, another guitar, ...
This noise isn't present when using headphones.

Is this a known problem and does someone has a solution ? I bought it online and hope to avoid sending it back to the dealer.

thanks

I do not have that problem, but I tweak in the noise gate for my presets.

thanks. Haven't tried that but I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to electronic amps. I'm guessing you are refering to a setting in the Fuse software ?

I assume you had the guitar volume up when checking with the headphones. If so, then the issue is likely in the power amp. (I am assuming that the headphone jack is internally connected between the pre-amp and power amp. I could be wrong.)

Is the amp under warranty?

Hi stefke250,

We wanted to check in with you to see if you were able to sort out the noise issue you were reporting here on your amp? Please let us know how it is going and if we can be of assistance from our end.

Best Regards,

Alan
