Well after much indecision and a complete redo, I think I'm finally done! I doubled heavy plastic screen covering (pet proof) on the inside, it's to cover the holes but yet let air in and out, might also buffer the sound some. I'll give this a try and see how it comes out, at home it seems to work pretty good, major sound projection out the front, but can be still be heard out the back. Image

Waste of time and effort, back cover didn't work well at all, changed the whole character of the amp. Back to square one.

That looks cool. Must be a 'heavy' band, I've never had the need to puncture proof my amp before. I picture your gigs kind of looking like that scene in The Blues Brothers....

In 25 years of constant gigs i never once had a drummer say that, and I have almost always used open back combos. Either he's extremely nit picky or there was some sort of acoustic anomaly or such. $50 if you got a different drummer you'd never hear that. Not suggesting you do that, but i wouldn't be trying to mod my amp or throw blankets over it etc. Move stuff around a bit if you have too but that sounds odd to me, never having had a drummer say that in 100's of different venues with a number of drummers over the years.
