Hi every one I'm new to the forum, so I'm not familiar how to do this or who to sent my post to but I will explain what is happening to me,
I have own a mustang 3 for over two years and then I decided to get the footswitch 4 so playing with it I messed some presets, and decided to restore the amp to default but now after that when I plug it to my pcs either desktop or laptop I get the error of no amp connected and the presets at the fuse software are empty.
so I will appreciate help from anybody
thanks in advance.
julio

It's odd how often the same question comes up, multiple times, from different people, in a short space of time...

In this recent topic:
viewtopic.php?f=27&t=93654

I posted this reply:

Quote:
Have you followed all the troubleshooting and support information from Fender, as posted by them in this topic:
viewtopic.php?f=27&t=87602

which in turn links to this document:
http://support.fender.com/TSL/TSL%20Sup ... ng_Win.pdf

which further links to other documents describing specific diagnostic/repair steps you can try.

I'd suggest you try all the troubleshootings steps Fender have already supplied (as above), then if you can't fix it, post back here with exactly what is going wrong.

hi
thanks for your reply, I'm beginning to think is my usb cable, cause I have another short one and I plugged to my laptop and works, then I plug the original one and doesn't recognize it , but if I move it a bit at the amp side kind of work,
so i'm getting a new cable 10 fts long and hope it will be the fix.
