Yet so far...
My adventures started a few days ago. I received my first quarter profit sharing check.
I was in good enough shape to swing the dough for the M4.
I called the next day (Thursday) to see if the guitar center was going to be open the next day, that being good Friday, and if they had the 4 v-2 in stock.

All was well... the store WOULD be open and they had 4 in stock

I checked all this out before hand because it is about 90+ miles, one way, to said guitar center, so I did not want any surprises.

My son wanted to go along so we decided to take his car.
I was a happy camper to say the least!! ...until about 40 or so miles into the trip.
The car... she began to loose power  Then the engine died!!

We pulled over on side of the road and tried several things to get her going again... but she was gone :(
Try as we might, there was no coaxing any form of life back into her!

As we towed her home I had nothing to do for the long quiet ride but to lament the lose of what almost was

I will have to wait to see how much the repair on the car will be and prolly wait until this time next year to get the 4

BUT!! I do still own the M-Floor which I am still pretty happy with... was just jonesing for that new amp

Oh well... just thought I'd share.

If it is any consolation to you that was a great sad story; not enough stories around here and very sorry for your losses.

Should have ordered through Sweetwater in Indiana. Free shipping and no tax. I ordered mine on a Thursday morning and got it friday morning in time for my Sat night gig. Course I only live about 70 miles away from the place. Hope it works out with your car. You'll get that amp one way or another I have a feeling.
