I checked all of the UTILITY settings and evend them up. i'm assuming it's a hardware problem but wanted to check if this problem has happened for others, and, is it fixable under warranty even if I bought a used unit?

I did not think there was a V2 version of the Mustang Floor or the Mustang Mini for that matter.

Do you have anything to plug the *balanced* outputs into to test?

Have you tried switching the cables around to test cable integrity?

So you have gone into the Utility settings and checked to see that the output voicings are the same. For example, output configure MONO, and then combo amp left and right voicings are the same.

You have also done a factory restore?

Sounds defective if you have this configured correctly. Should be under warranty since you are a valuedcustomer :D and no, I have never heard of such a problem.

Do you live in the U.S.A. or Canada?

If you can, be sure to call Fender first. They pick up the phone and can direct you to where an authorized service center is and any other suggestions they might have. Good luck!

Dear valuedcustomer,

Thanks for your inquiry. Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Fender® Mustang™ Floor. As we concluded the issue appears to be with the unit. Once you contact the Service center they should be able to address any questions you have concerning repair. Although you have been given the number of an Authorized Service Center I am enclosing a link in the event you need to select an alternate one for some reason.

Regards,

Thanks Fender guys. Will report back here when we get to the happy ending.

BTW, I absolutely love this unit and the ability to benefit from the efforts of so many other tweakers.

Apropos of nothing: You guys ought to host a contest for the best models. Different categories, just give a way some gear...it would be lots of fun and it would be cool to see the really exceptional efforts get some recognition!
