Hi there. Just got a Mustang I (V2) amp and successfully installed the Fuse software. When I try to download a preset I get a PLUGIN BLOCKED message where I am assuming the Download button is. I am using a 2013 iMac with OSX 10.8.5. I cannot find any information on what this plugin is (Flash maybe?) and how I can unblock it for Fuse.

Thanks in advance!

Nevermind, I figured it out. Needed a Silverlight update. Ugh.

I have the exact same problem, each time I try and download a preset or a band track I get the dreaded blocked plugin response. I can download if I just use my browser (outside of Fuse). Silverlight is the latest and Fuse is Version 2.7.1.48. Same goes for when I try and view a tutorial

Any suggestions ?

Alan

Hi Belalan,

I am happy to assist. It sounds like you may need to either install or update Adobe Flash Player on your Mac. Please see the link below to get/update Adobe Flash Player. This should take care of the issue you are seeing. Please let me know how it goes and if I can assist further.

Best Regards,

Alan

Hi Belalan,

Thanks for your reply. So, just to make sure, are you logged in when you are trying to download the Presets? If so, then perhaps you can email us a screenshot of what you are seeing along with your specific operating system specifications. Then we will check things out and can go from there. Thanks very much.

Best Regards,

Alan

Hi Belalan,

Thanks for this additional information. One thing that I did not mention in the email that I just sent to you is that you may need to clear data in Safari after having done the Adobe Flash update. Additionally, you may want to run a Repair Permissions to make sure that permissions are in order on your Mac, related to this function. Please see the link below for a related Fender® Support PDF. And let me know how it goes.

Best Regards,

Alan
