Is it possible to create a "Studio Pre-Amp" preset for the Mustang 1 ver2 in Fuse but saved on the amp and not just on the computer? I'm assuming this is the best way to connect a multi-effects pedal like a Zoom G5 or Boss ME-70 while using the multi-effects pedal's amp modeler.

If you are going to use the amp models in your floorboard thru your amp; the best way to do so is to plug your floorboard in thru the effects loop and bypass the Mustang's preamp.

The poster is I think wanting a blank like patch so he can use some amp modeling on the mustang, but also switch to a "blank" type preset and use the modeling on the MultiFX board without having to unplug cables.
I don't own the combo so I will be no help to you... SRY
But I am sure you should be able to do what you are asking.

Yeah, the Mustang 1 ver2 does not have an effects loop, only a foot-switch and input jack.

just dial the default preset named "basic studio preamp" and you are done :)
I think is 80 or something like that on the default presets.

Ah, didn't know that. The Mustang 1 v2 only has 24 presets. Looks like I will have to create one in Fuse and save it on the amp. Hopefully, that will work.
