Well....Fender support has been useless, Best they could recommend was replacing my brand new computer to fix a well known issue with their software. On a funny note...it was recommended to download new internal software for amp......that software doesn't recognize as connected. Trouble shoot Docs don't work. Any one run into this with Mustang 1? Anyone fix since Fender can't?

Dear theodoreblanner

Based on your recent post of feeling our support to you was useless. I would like to apologize for giving you that feeling. Our goal is to help you and I thought I was providing you with support in the last e-mail I sent you. So here is an attempt to clarify some possible confusion from the last e-mail I sent you. I never meant to give you the impression that you needed a new computer. I provided you suggested resolution to the issues your log files detailed. (Windows repair or maybe taking it in to a “Geek squad” or authorized computer technician and request they take a look at your Device Manager looking at the HID compliant device drivers where hopefully they can determine where a driver conflict is happening) . Once again this is what your log files showed. I hope this makes things bit clearer. We have experienced scenarios where customers load Fender FUSE daily with no issues, customers having issues that the troubleshooting document has solved and where at times a different computer was the resolution. That being said I am not clear on the known issue you are referring to. (All computers are not created equally) I am sorry for your frustration and our goal is to try and help you resolve your issues. I just want to clarify that although you have a new computer that is not a guarantee that no issues will occur and the fact that certain programs work is not a true indicator because the components eg. Silverlight, drivers etc.. are not needed for every program. I hope this helps and please feel free to contact me if you need further assistance. I would like to help you resolve this issue for you if possible.
