Hello.
This is my first post here, so hello to you all.
I have been in the search and history etc on here.
But even if answers were there I still don't think I would understand any info.
I've been looking at some fender amps, Mustang II v2 mainly.
I have 3 ?s that someone might take time out and help me with.

Would I be able to plug in a loop station like the Boss RC 30?
Could I plug in an acoustic if i ever needed? and get some decent sound out?
Would I be better at looking at a different Amp.

Its only going to be used for private use in a small room.
I learning to play fender 75% and acoustic 25%.
I dont have any nearby stores to me which does not help.
And its my Birthday soon......

Thanks for any help.

if you are planning on using extensivelly a loop station I would recommend you go for the Mustang 3, as is the first model with a fx-loop. It worksperfectly fine in a small room (mine is 3m x 3m) at low volume

for a less expensive option, the mustang floor works also well with loopers, but you will require at least one powered monitor (for example, like this one or similar http://www.behringer.com/en/products/B212D.aspx)

you can use either of the mustang v2 models as an acoustic amp, simply dialing the "studio preamp" (totally transparent) or a clean amp emulation like the "twin 65"

Hi jedi2b
Thanks for the reply and help.
This will give me something I can now work on.
I shall have a read on the mustang 3.
I will also have to study on the fx loop.
I also like the idea of using a PA and floor unit.
already alot to think about.
I shall go look at youtube.
Thanks again....

I use the MF (Mustang Floor) through powered 12" speakers.

Before that, I used it through a Sony attenuator/stereo amp.
So depending upon your budget/needs, this might be an idea for ya if you are short on $ but have a decent stereo you could play through if you're not playing out.

It actually didn't sound that bad! Especially acoustic.
The cleans sounded great.
Where the stereo amp fell short was volume output & OD/Dist. sounds.
It just wasn't cutting it. So, I bought the powered speakers (a pair) mounted them on speaker stands and I'm lovin it.

The MF also has a headphone out jack.
