So you may remember (mostly not) me from asking around here about this amp 'cause I was getting one from a vacation trip to Florida (really enjoyed it there, USA's awesome), and I did! Here's to you my New Mustang IV V.2! :D

Just got it since I bought it at Guitar Center Orlando in october 4th, shipping from the USA took a while but it was totally worth it, and now I own the ATM only M4 V.2 there is in my contry xD

BTW my sis took the pictures and wanted to make it look extra shiny somehow, her idea, so she added some effects to them, she did well xD:

Family Pic (and being the only one I took, the blurry one xD), looks nice together with it's smaller 'n older brother, my Mustang I V.1

So What's there to say about these amps here? It's so Loud that it can make you close your eyes and bend in fear sometimes xD, but at the same time very controlable and bedroom usable, so giggable it's non even funny (it's amazing xD), tone's clear, it's non fizzy (both the high trebly fizz and the mustang phasey "Fizz" are inexistent here :D) and deffinitively the best amp I've heard/played, and have to say that to me every single preset from factory is really good, not needing to use Fuse anymore seems like :D, quality is untouchable, in less words it's perfect :D

The speakers are awesome too, the voice of these Celestions is exactly what my tone needed, for those rocking british 'M' type sounds, the High Gain metal ones, and still being able to get the sweet cleans found on every Fender, plus the crunch ones are as good as every other tone here, AKA Amazing

(yeah I can't stop smiling :D xD)

So count me in the Mustang and Fender Family now more than ever, been a total supporter since I got my M1, and really I would play a Fender Guitar if they ever made a 24 fret FR equipped affordable strat (Squier HM Strat anyone? that would be awesome..)

Going back to play it, enjoy the pics :D, and as soon as I get at one of my friend's house (he's got some good recording gear) I'll be delivering some clips from it :D.

Congrats! It's always nice to read about someone really enjoying a new amp, especially a Fender. :D

Thanks Fellas! :D, yeah can't stop enjoying it, even when it's off, is so good looking (to me haha XD), and getting shocked by the tone everytime I play it, is the first Big amp I've played and now can say that the phrase "size does matter" took a whole new meaning to me xD

Can't wait to go to band rehersal to take it around 4 on the master for more than 2 seconds without getting deaf BTW, just playing in my room it's amazing how the volume changes from a bit less that 2 up to 2.5, from playable to "TURN THAT DOWN!" level xD

Yeah once gone Fender I'm never looking back, still gotta see if sometime I can upgrade to a Fender guitar, it's just that I would prefer a 24 fret one and AFAIK they're not producing any right now, maybe going the Warmoth route when I get the money then, for now the tone is sooo Good that it makes me forget about that completely xD.

I think next week i'll be able to deliver some clips, is just that I don't want to record it with my cheap mic and no interface (or no recording gear at all really :X), one of my friends has a Home studio so i'll be maybe making a visit to him soon

Hi Adolfo,

When you get Ableton up and configured, you have no need for mics! Record straight to your laptop using the USB. As cool as cool can be and really sounds great.

You are going to LOVE that amp! I was about to pull the trigger on one myself but on impulse I got the Mustang V V2 and 4x12 cabinet instead... first half-stack I have ever owned!

I'm with you guys- I love me a good Fender!
Currently I'm rocking 2 Fender guitars, 2 Squier Guitars ( only the CV Tele gets played though- LOVE that guitar!), and 2 Fender amps. A Mustang III and a Super Champ X2.

Enjoy that new amp!!

I've been kicking the idea around about getting an all tube, classic voiced amp. I had my sights on a Princeton, but the price at GC went up from $500 or so to almost $900... Love the sound and the onboard reverb and trem, but I'd like a bit more gain.

Then, I plugged in to a Peavey Classic 30 while demoing my Schecter guitar. And there it was- that fat, warm, creamy, drive and warm clean I'd been looking for! 2 channels, boost, fx loop, and reverb. 2 minor issues: no tremolo ( no biggie- I have a good trem pedal) and it's LOUD, LOUD, LOUD. 4 x EL4's through a 12" Blue Marvel make for a beautiful tone, but it's hard to control the volume... It's definitely meant to be a gigging amp, more than a bedroom one. Still, even at bedroom volume, it sounds great.

I have plenty of dirt pedals to add crunch in lieu of turning it up.
