Hi Everyone its been a while on here , i purchased a used in the box Mustang Floor Pedal and wanted to know if i can still get the Fuse free download and Apleton when i register the serial number of my Mustang Floor and should i do a factory reset before i download the Fuse software and firmware ? Or should i just plug it in and hope it hasnt been messed around with as far as presets go ,, Thank for the help

FUSE download is always free right here from the Fender site and that download comes with MS Silverlight which is necessary to use FUSE on a PC.

The other free software would depend on if you have the download codes that came with the Floor's documentation and whether or not the original user already used the codes.

If the previous owner had registered Ableton and/or Amplitube, then you'll need to contact Fender TSL directly to get their help in obtaining a new registration for you.
