I just did a factory reset on my Mustang Floor according to the manual (hold down the EXIT button while powering up). Now there is no sound coming from it. What happened? My guitar signal is getting into the unit because the tuner works. I already did a firmware update. Help.

FWIW, I would try it again. When powering down... let it sit for a minute or so. Then restore again:
"To restore the Mustang amplifier to factory settings:

1. Turn the amplifier OFF.
2. Press and hold the EXIT button while turning the amplifier ON. Continue holding the EXIT button until it is no longer illuminated. "

Hope this helps

Where is your Volume > Level knob set to approx? (9oclock, 12oclock, etc) Did you try the Phones jack (1/8 connector for headphones) to see if it has sound?

I have set the volume at all those levels and still no sound. No sound out of phone jack either. My Mustang Floor is now an expensive brick.

Sent an email to the TSL team and got a response in one day. I just needed to recalibrate the pedal. Had I read that paragraph in the manual I would have known to do this - a good lesson learned here. Kudos to the TSL team.
