I'm building a couple basic run through settings for a solo spot within a show. I'm using a Mustang IV and I want to get The "Cathedral" EVH Solo sound for part of it. It contains a lot of volume swells and echo, making the guitar sound like a violin. Has anybody run across this in fuse and or possibly made this sound on their amp yet?

Using his mid 90's sound

Eddie uses layered stereo delays, so with one pedal, that will be tough to pull off. I'd just set it up for about 400ms with two subtle repeats for ambience. Or, try one loud repeat at about 350ms and give Cathedral a try. You'll have to experiment with that setting. . .I'm not really sure of the exact ms setting off the top of my head.

Hi jon5150,

As noted here, it may be tough to pull off an authentic EVH tone for this. But we do have a decent amount of "EVH" Presets for the Fender® Mustang™ amps available. Please see the link below. And let us know if we can assist further.

Best Regards,
