Wish Fender would add a model of a Univibe, I could find a lot of use for that rather than a Ring Modulator.... how many users actually use that effect. So how about it Fender is it possible someday for you to add that effect?

Just wishful thinking!

On which unit? I think my MIII v2 has a Univibe sound. Or something pretty darn close.

Yes, you mean the Fender version rotary/Leslie effect, the Vibratone. It there was also in Version 1....
more than an Univibe, a nice thing could be having perhaps an effect Leslie with separate controls speed of drum and horn, acceleration and so on, it is likely that the Vibratone model can simulate the interaction between two separate speakers, such as a real thing, with the phase parameter already existing.
I do not know much about this Fender effect.
However i would like that all modulation effects included this, would have the same rate parameter wide range like in the chorus effect .. from a mininum frequency (0.08 Hz) to very high frequency (10 Hz) .. i guess that high range frequencies would not match with physical real speaker speed but together with the expanded lower range frequencies (slower speed .. almost stopped) it would add more versatility to Vibratone and other modulations effects that doesn't have that extended range/speed.

I have the MIII V2 and there is no Univibe, the rotary is not the same I would prefer a real Univibe effect

Hi,
have you tried experimenting with the parameters of the phaser? maybe I'm wrong, but it seemed to me some time ago that you could get sounds very similar to 'Univibe or with all due respect to the incomparable Phase 90 / script or 100 (MXR). Maybe it's the thing that the closer you get.

by the way.. this real thing seems incredible.. Empress Effects Phaser http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5IL8obAA18
even too much feature.

I'm not crazy about the Phaser model in the Mustang, wish they did have a Phase 90 in there I would probably use that one!

I use the Vibratone on the MIII v2 all the time and it sounds pretty decent. I don't think anyone would notice the difference between that and a Univibe during a gig (when set correctly). Also, here's a patch to try (not mine): https://fuse.fender.com/mustang/presets ... t-vibetone
