I was wondering how much "torture" can this amp take?
i.e. if I plug my bass guitar into my computer and than plug my computer's sound output into the AUX jack, how loud can I play it (if at all)?
Thanks

you should be able to connect the sound output from your computer into the aux and crank it plenty loud.

It would seem to be a little more direct to simply plug the bass into the amp, rather than Bass  Computer  Amp. Are you trying to play a guitar and a bass through the amp simultaneously?

Yes, I might need to do that. But I'm just asking in general how safe is to play other instruments this way and how loud can I play them without damaging the speaker?
And also I wouldn't try playing the bass trought the amp directly, obviously, because it's a guitar amp :)

Official answer is, you should do it at your own risk:

My answer is, if you're putting a bass through the aux (by playing music on an iPod) what is the difference as far as damaging/not damaging the hardware?
